Pabst Blue Ribbon Ale

Oval red, white, and blue label for Pabst Blue Ribbon Genuine Ale. Circular perforations found in center read 9 36, indicating a manufacture date of September, 1936.

This label indicates that Blue Ribbon Ale was brewed in both Milwaukee, WI. (the origin of this particular label), as well as Peoria, IL. The Peoria Heights Brewery was established in 1934, one year after the end of Prohibition.
