Milwaukee County Transit System Collection

Beginning in 1860 with the first transportation company, which consisted of two horse-drawn cars, to the latest transportation fleet of buses run by Milwaukee County Transit System, these collections show the development of public transportation. Company records and privately collected materials highlight the evolution of the system through reports, minutes, employee publications, and photos.
