Abstract: William H. Osborne established the Wisconsin Malleable Iron Works in 1879 on Milwaukee’s south side, on the corner of S. Bay and Winchester streets.  It grew quickly into a prominent manufacturer of castings for railroads, agricultural implements, and wagons/carriages.

Scope and Content: The collection consists of two bound business account ledgers.
