Digital Oral History Release Form
For and in consideration of the participation by the Milwaukee County Historical Society (MCHS) in any programs involving the dissemination of tape and/or digitally-recorded memoirs and oral history material for publication, copyright, and other uses, I hereby release and assign all right (including copyright rights), title, or interest in and to all of my tape and/or digitally recorded memoirs to MCHS and declare that they may be used without any restriction whatsoever and may be copyrighted and published by MCHS which may also assign said copyrights and publication rights to serious research scholars.
In addition to the rights and authority given to you under the preceding paragraph, I hereby authorize you to edit, publish, sell and/or license the use of my oral history memoir, as well as my name and any identifying indicia, in any other manner which MCHS considers to be desirable and I waive any claim to any payments which may be received as consequence thereof by MCHS.
