Art pottery stein. Has a cylindrical shape that widens from the rim to the base. It has a grey glaze with blue fruit and leaf decorations painted blue. There is an applied, curved handle that is painted solid blue. On the upper body is a leaf and ball design motif that encircles the stein. The main decoration are several pieces of fruit and its tree leaves posed as if still connected to the tree. The base is slightly wider than the main body, with two blue lines encircling the top and bottom edges of the base.
A Maker’s Mark, “SF” is painted on the underside.
