Abstract: The Board of Election Commissioners of the City of Milwaukee was established in 1911 as an agency of the city government to supervise all elections.  It consists of three citizen members, appointed by the mayor, who represent the dominant political parties.

Scope and Content: The collection consists of meeting minutes, annual/biennial reports, election manuals, polling place maps, and other ephemera.
